1. Copyright Infringement Notice

2. Submit a DMCA Notice

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where we are located)

We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

4. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.
