How do I join the Fan Club?▼
Choose your tier on the Fan Club page. Free signup takes seconds. Paid tiers unlock exclusive content, direct messaging, and more.
What happens after I buy a beat license?▼
You get instant download access to the files based on your license type. Premium and Exclusive include WAV files. All purchases are delivered via email and your account library.
How does bidding for a video feature work?▼
VIP Inner Circle members can bid on open spots in upcoming music videos. The highest bidder at auction close gets a featured cameo. You can also use Instant Buy to secure the spot immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and local mobile money (EcoCash, MTN MoMo). All transactions are secure.
How long does videography delivery take?▼
Turnaround times vary by package: Essentials (7 days), Professional (10 days), Premium (14 days). Rush delivery available at additional cost.
Can I return a merch item?▼
Due to limited runs, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.
How much does a single cost?▼
Singles are $1. EPs and albums are $20. Beats and instrumentals start at $5.
Do you offer custom beat requests?▼
Yes! Use the Custom Beat Request form on the Beats page. Starting at $15 for an original, exclusive beat created to your specifications.
